Ainsley Bender

@ainsleybeeyoga

Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta Ainsley eventually made her way to Vancouver in her late teen's where she was introduced to Hatha Yoga.

After more than a decade she danced with many different studios and yoga styles as a student. Life eventually landed her back in her home city where she then was introduced and fell in love with Sattva yoga. Craving for life on the west coast again she made it back to British Columbia, this time in the Okanagan, making a pit stop in Vancouver first to complete her 200 hr YTT with Oxygen.

Excited to embark on this next chapter in her yoga adventure by teaching making yoga practice accessible to all, as we all start somewhere. Passionate about inspiring others to live a healthy balanced lifestyle with regular yoga practice that has always been a driving force of self-care within her own life. The art of teaching is the work you do on yourself - Ram Dass
