Corporate Day Retreat Packages

 

Aimed at rejuvenating and energizing participants. Groups will be able to best identify activities that suit their needs by choosing two (2) activities from the following offerings: ​ Sattva Yoga, Chakra Flow Yoga, Yin Reiki Yoga, Optimize and Efficiency Yoga, Meditation, Journal Writing, Hiking, Stand-Up Paddleboard and Kayaking

Sattva Yoga

SATTVA yoga posture sequences are designed to systematically unwind the body and bring it back to a state of comfort and harmony. These posture sequences cleanse, tone, and ultimately liberate the tissue so that it may harness its vital energy and embrace its task of conducting information through the nervous system in health and ease. ​


Chakra Yoga Flow

Our Harbour House Yoga facilitator will use the chakras to heal and find balance. Learn what the chakras are, how to use energy healing to enhance your life, and how to integrate them into a work/business environment. Following this discussion, you will be guided through a 90-minute chakra flow assisting you to align and balance your chakras through yoga leading into a deep meditation to guide you into a deep state of relaxation.


Yin Reiki Yoga

You will be guided through a 90-minute yin practise while our Harbour House Yoga Reiki Master provides energy healing throughout the postures. Yin and energy healing combined heal soothe anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that works deeply to release the fascial tissue in the body by holding mostly seated postures for periods of time. Yin yoga also stimulates the meridians of the body, promoting healing with the entire system. As you work deep into the body, the Reiki energy healing will enhance your experience and promote wellness in the body. This practice is meant to centre you and release stress. It is a practice focused on deep relaxation so you can unwind your mind, body, and soul.


Optimize and Efficiency Yoga

Learn how to optimize your brain and body for high performance, how to be fully present both at work and at home. Create strategies to increase efficiency, reduce stress, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy a physical practice designed for you followed by a relaxation experience proven to be worth 4 hours of deep rest.


Meditation

Meditation and mindfulness practices will foster a happier, more focused and engaged team. Meditation can benefit your corporate culture by helping to develop resilience, focus and clarity, creativity and emotional intelligence and empathy within your team members. Our meditation and mindfulness sessions aim to foster a collaborative work environment and assist with stress management, giving your team practical tools that can easily be integrated into their daily routine.


Journal Writing

Our journal writing session will invoke mindfulness by encouraging your team to actively engage their minds and thoughts. This writing session will allow your team to identify their personal short and long term goals, as well as their short and long term vision for your company. This session is also aimed to encourage creativity and to improve written communication skills. ​


Hiking

Peachland is home to some of the most spectacular hikes in the Okanagan Valley. Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.​


Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP)

Harbour House Yoga is proud to partner with Beach Ride Rentals for our Corporate Day Retreats! Along with being incredibly fun, SUP has some pretty incredible health benefits, too! ​

 Once you have chosen your two activities, our staff at Harbour House Yoga will then create an intentional and thoughtful flow to your morning. This will be followed by a fresh & locally sourced lunch. The afternoon is designed to provide opportunities for you to sync together as a team.

Your facilitators will guide you through a strategic planning session built around your specific needs. They will work with your team to connect mission and vision and action to achieve your goals.
