ASHTANGA STYLE VINYASA

If you would like to generate heat in the body this practice is for you. This class is designed to deliver a flow for strengthening and heating the body, emphasizing breath and movement, sequencing each movement with breath. Beginner friendly. All levels welcome.

 

 

RESTORATIVE

Let’s melt yourself down at the end of your Monday. This is a gentle, therapeutic style of class that uses props to support the body to relax and soothe deeply. You can enjoy a deeply calming guided relaxation from a cozy restorative poses to nurture your body and mind for the rest of your week. ​ Beginners friendly. All levels are welcome.

SATTVA FOUNDATION

With the use of all yoga props follow this SATTVA inspired sequence moving through front body, side body, back body and strength sequence. Building the foundational strength and flexibility for beginners to advance their physical practice, develop breathing techniques and intro to meditation.

 

 

VINYASA FLOW

This beautiful vinyasa class will take you on a journey to explore the whole body, flowing from posture to posture in a nice flow while focusing on the breath. We will also explore balancing poses, twists and inversions. Every class will be a little different, always focusing on movement and breath. You will feel rejuvenated and calm after this vinyasa flow.

SATTVA ALL LEVELS

A dynamic, vinyasa-based class that follows the principles outlined within the SATTVA yoga practice. This class is suited to practitioners who are looking to deepen their understanding of yoga, as well as establish a clear 360° view of the body. This sequence renews once every month with a new focus on a particular “body” (Front, Back, Side, and Strength). This serves to liberate the tissue in an organized, systematic way with the addition of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Dhyana (meditation).

 

 

YIN/YANG​

Yin is the slow, passive opposing force to Yang; the quick and active force. In this class we use movement and pranayama to explore the balance of Yin and Yang within our lives and practice. We begin with flowing movement intended to build fire and then find stillness by holding more passive postures for longer periods of time. Connection to breath is the emphasis here whether in movement or stillness.


YIN/RESTORATIVE ​

This class begins with deep stretches designed to target your deep connective tissues, increase flexibility and aid in your connection with breath. Then a relaxing restorative sequence will softly unfold your body with the support of props to ensure complete relaxation into the postures. Come away feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored. ​

 
 

YIN BODY ROLLERS AND MEDITATION​

This is the perfect class to release all tensions from the body through yin, body rollers to release the fascia and help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. This class ends with a beautiful guided meditation to get you all rested for your evening. A must try. *All levels welcome


SATTVA RESTORATIVE ​ ​

This is a very good starting point for someone who wishes to enter into the body slowly and feel soothing yet strengthening experiences of posture. The restorative practice contains fewer postures and longer holds, and slows the practice down to enhance body communication and awareness into dynamic relaxation. These sequences release excess stiffness and tension out of body and mind. *All levels welcome.
