#HarbourYourLight
shala | sha-la |
noun
Shala is a Sanskrit word that means “house,” “abode,” “home” or certain other types of buildings. A yoga shala is a place where the physical practice of yoga – asanas – is taught, but it also provides a nurturing and supportive environment for yogis to gather, share experiences and grow in their practice.

A Sacred Space
Located on a transformative Vortex in Peachland, British Columbia, you’ll find Harbour House Yoga!
Harbour House Yoga was a concept that blossomed from a vision of having a life that you don’t need a vacation from to manifesting into an inclusive space that encourages the community to embrace their mind-body connection and Sattva lifestyle; embodying balanced body, breath and mind.
We are a shala that supports an environment for yogis to gather, share knowledge and nurture their practice and a space where self-care and mindfulness is fostered through music, art, wisdom and learning.
Our brand symbolizes guidance, a deeper connection with the self and harbouring your inner light.
Nourish you mind, body and soul.
